I founded Run4Life to help people reach their full potential. A successful coach is more than their resumé of road races wins or marathons run. It's about being a good listener and communicator. It's about learning, motivating and empowering others to pursue their dreams whether improving overall health, completing a 5K for the first time or chasing the elusive Boston Qualifier.
The shared experience between athlete and coach helps both of us learn the most about ourselves, pushing us further forward on the journey to find what's possible. I have a limited roster of athletes so I can give you my attention. This also helps you know that I'm all in. That we are working together to find greatness.
